Abstrak

Latar Belakang: Terapi rumatan jangka panjang gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD) penting untuk mencegah relaps. Proton pump inhibitor (PPI) telah digunakan, baik untuk terapi akut maupun rumatan GERD. Belum lama ini, suatu potassium-competitive acid blocker, vonoprazan telah diluncurkan di Jepang. Peneliti mengevaluasi perbandingan efikasi antara vonoprazan dengan PPI pada terapi rumatan GERD.
